Who is responsible

Verdant Axis Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@verdantaxis.studio or by post at RESIDENCE PRUNELLI 1 CAURO - 20166 France (FR).

Information you provide

If you submit a project enquiry or support request, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, organisation, contact details, project context, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in a form.

How we use it

We use form submissions to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can help, provide client support, and keep a record of relevant communications. We may use service providers that help us host this website or deliver form submissions. They are expected to handle the information responsibly and only for the services they provide.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or existing working relationship, and meet applicable legal or professional obligations. Retention may vary with the nature of the conversation and any resulting engagement.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website or respond to you, when required by law, or when needed to protect people and our rights. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, while recognising that no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to some uses of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us and we will consider your request under the applicable rules.

Cookies and site operation

This site may use essential technical storage or service logs needed to deliver pages, protect forms, and understand basic site operation. We do not use this policy to claim that every browser or third-party service behaves identically; your browser settings can help you control cookies where available.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or obligations change. The date above indicates the latest revision. The current version will be published on this page.
